ALLAN machine overhead dough proofers are specially designed to customer specifications and requirements. With the ever changing equipment demands in bakery and the tortilla industry, ALLan machine proofers stand the test of time, meeting customer's production needs on a daily basis.

All ALLAN machine proofers employ nylon mesh cups installed in custom stainless trays. These trays can be 4 to 12 cups wide and custom trays are available.

We have Model WJP-600, WJP-1000, WJP-1200 and WJP-1400.

All custom-made ALLAN machine proofers have an option for automatic humidity and temperature control, as well as an option for automatic cleaning. Proofers can be designed with a special dough ball loader system which can automatically load any hot press. All ALLAN machine proofers are made with 304 stainless steel and are designed and constructed in our facility in Taiwan.
