Processing line for Salsa sauce production.

Introduction

The line is designed to process 1290 kg/hour of salsa sauce production. Pack in 430 gram (one pound) can produce 3000 bottles per hour and pack in 733 gram (one pound 10 ounce) can produce 1024 bottles per hour.

The tomato dices is unloaded into vacuum kettles, where they are cooking with dice onion, pepper and vegetables. Then transfer to buffer tank.

The salsa sauce is sent to filler. Another glass bottles is been washing, pasteurizing and drying then transfer by ceiling chain conveyor to filler. Cap with the screw cap. Sterilize and cool the glass bottles of salsa sauce. Then labeling and casing in carton.

Producing technical flow is as follows:

Tomato →Washing →Scalding → Peeling→ Dicing→ Cooking and Seasoning →Filling →Capping →Sterilizing → Cooling → Drying→ Labelling and date printing →Case packing
